2026 Season Registration

Please fill out a form for each player. If you have more than one child playing, you need to fill out a separate form for each child!! 

FLAG (Kindergarten, 1st, & 2nd grades)

Pee-Wee (3rd & 4th grades) 

Midgets (5th & 6th)

REGISTRATION FEE: $150 per player.

$50 Check: Cashed at the end of the season if (2) Volunteer requirements are not met.

Pee-wee and Midget Pre-season conditioning to prepare for the upcoming season. Optional but

 strongly encouraged. Stay tuned for additional details

Fundraising to be discussed at July Parent Meeting.
